TO, Dat27/06/2014 The Department, complaint >E-37 Service unknown has been assigned to our engineer will be attended shortly but him not come engineer several time This is to bring to your kind notice that my SUN DIRECT SERVICE is not activated & several time I have called on your customer care help line no the most common answer I have got that'' we will come soon to solve the issue'' and the things are as it is from last 2 week, and still the problem is lying with the same status, smart card -no.[protected]&compelat -no-1-# 1-[protected] next #[protected] and #1-[protected] and next complet #1-[protected] next no.#1-[protected] other one# 1-[protected] mobil-no.[protected]-land line no.[protected] Kindly look in to it and solve the issue at your earliest, Was this information helpful? | |||
