Channels not coming even after 7 days and call center number not working. No response for any of the call ceneter number

1. No reply even we send mail
2. No response in chat application in sun direct website
3. No response even after raising the complaint ticket in website (Sr[protected]

Please confirm what they are thinking about customer and no response at all
