Sun Direct DTH — Not working setup box

I am customer of sun dth. My setup box not working since two weeks I have already call to customer care but no action. After 2 weeks i will recieve a call from sun direct agency kolkata they are say setup box send to kolkata by coureior i leaving in siliguri this is not solution. Pl change my setup box immediately my smart card no [protected] my address M S Narasaiah siliguri
