My name is m balakrishna murthy
I paid rs 650 on 30.04.2019 by third party topup and same day acvited for monthly renual as follows:
1. Zee hd hindi bouquet-zee all in-one pack hindi hd package
2. Sun - gemini movies hd, gemini music hd, gemini tv hd. (6 channels)
3. Star-telugu hd premium (19channels)
4. Etv-hd family pack (7channels)
5. Etv plus, etv life, zee cinemalu, etv cinema, etv abhiruchi, ntv.
Next day (01.05.2019) i opted for (1) gemini commidy (Ch no.159), (2) gemini life (Ch. No161) (3) telugu cinema club (Ch. No.162) (4) maa movies (Ch. No.168).
But when i was activated on 01.05.2019 four channels still running only.
Mentioned above 1 to 5 all hd packs & sd channels deacvated from 01.5.2019 10am onwards
I talk several times with custmour care for the above problem but no one not rectified.
I request you kindly verify and rectify my problem as early as possible.

I have activated three months plan, as per trai rule new plan has came.
By the way u have disconnected in two months. Without intimation my plan has been changed and amount has been deducted.
Please submit the valid proof of intimation. Or else refund the amount.
