[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Multiple failed recharge via Amazon Pay and third time via Sun Direct Website

Hi I have tried to recharge my sun direct account ([protected]) via Amazon pay, it was marked as pending, tried once again with same results, Since today is the last day of the my subscription i have used Sun direct website and finish my transcation. But now the Amazon customer service says even though the transaction is pending, recharge money is already gone to Sun direct and cant be refunded. So technically i ended paying three times for a single recharge. How could we address this issue?
