[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Paid the amount but channels not activated - also, rude behavior by Cust. Card exe. Mr. Santhosh

Hi, My name is Chandrashekar S from Hyd. Smart Card: [protected] and my RMN: [protected]. Even though I paid Rs. 1, 277.80 around 11:30 AM on 4-Nov-2021 from your Sun Direct website, even after 1 1/2 hours I am unable to get the channels and all of a sudden I have been receiving the E06-4 error message. When I tried calling all your cust. care numbers not only any of them work or even if they work no one picks up the phone, especially by Hyd. executives. When I was able to talk after a long time with one Mr. Santhosh he was not only rude but also said that it would activated in 1 hours time or else he rudely said that I CAN REPORT IT TO ANYONE AND SAID THAT NO ACTION CAN BE INITIATED AGAINST HIM.
Is Sun Direct giving the service free of cost or does it think that they can cheat the customers in this manner by getting the amount (as I got confirmation both from my bank and your side that the transaction happened successfully)., I think that SUN DIRECT MANAGEMENT IS ONLY LOOKING TO GET THE MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS AND WANTED TO CHEAT THEM BY NOT PICKING UP THE 800 NUMBERS AND NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE EVEN AFTER PAYING THE AMOUNT, WHICH IS BOTH CHEATING AND ILLEGAL.
I feel really sad that this is how SUN DIRECT MANAGEMENT IS EARNING THE AMOUNT BY CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS, WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
