[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Post Recharge some channels are not coming which is part of subscribed pack

Hi,
On Dec15, 2021 recharged from local sun direct dealer. Post recharge few channels are coming which displays blank screen.
When tried to reach sun direct customer care, first of all they speck very rude
and simply telling needs to change setup box, since its older. For getting subscribed packs they why should i change setup box which is working in condition.
as per their business plans or competitors if they change software when should customer needs to change/upgrade setup box.
After conversation when I agree with upgrade setup box, now they telling it will chargeable. i.e. minimum 499 and handling charges 175.
Here what is handling charges? why customer needs to pay it?
Local dealer telling its courier charges?
I used to recharge sun direct from online channels. But first time done from local dealer. This is because of sun direct sent me recharge offer through SMS. Same amount tried to recharge through online but no where success. CC telling it will done from dealer only. When I went local dealer they did recharge but asking more money than recharge.
Here sun direct encourage bribe to their dealer. because they haven't taken any action when i complaint
1. where ever sun direct sent offer SMS to customer, why can't make recharge option to customer on sun direct online page.
2. Indirectly your encouraging to your dealer to loot the money from customer.
3. When ever customer has to pay extra money while recharge, what is use to sun direct sending offer SMS to customer.

Post sharing contact details, Sun Direct Chennai Team looked into the issue. They are frequently follow-up the issue and resolved issue with in 3 days. They replaced my setup box with possible options. Thanks for Chennai Team. I would like to give one feedback about recharges offers which your sending to SMS for your customers. Please enable it online with specific offer codes, So customer can do it online with given offers. This will give better impression on sun direct when avoid dealer/service center while recharge.
