Sun Direct — Recharge failed but still money got deducted not refunded yet

Hi support team,

I have recharged my dth on 3rd March 2023 at 01.00 PM, for monthly plan ₹229.

The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through sun direct official website and paytm upi.
