[Resolved] Sun Direct — recharge / refund | |||
No Reply from Sun direct regarding Refund / recharge. Actually, two times Made recharge on 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs & 1:02 Hrs (Rs 2399 & Rs 2399.Due to Technical problem). Both transactions were successfully completed. 7/9/19 at 1:02 Hrs Recharge is done in my account. But 7/9/19 at 12:43 Hrs not done recharged / not Refunded till today. Given so many complaints. Oct 21, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Today I received the Refund of Rs 2399/- in my account Sun Direct customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 23, 2019 Sun Direct Customer Care's response Dear sir, As per conversation, we inform customer that recharged amount of Rs.2399 is received by Sun direct as the transactions was successful. As per his request the corresponding amount had been reversed to his bank and same has been resolved and clarified from the customer. Regards, Sun Direct Team. | |||
