Sun Direct — Setup box error still not fixed

I have been complaining about the error that pops up due to setup box complaint.

They always says to wait for 48 hrs for technician to come to your place. All the agents has the same thing to say, very annoying.

Very very bad service. Above all at the end of the call, they asks you is there anything in which i can help you. Lol... Couldn't solve this thing from a week and still has the courage to ask.
