Sun Direct — Sun Direct App Transaction Failed, but money Deducted

Smart card Number = [protected]

I tried to recharge my Sun direct account with Telugu Gold Pack for 6 months at a price of 1489 rupees, I have done transaction with my mobile from my UPI Id to sun direct, but after the money deduction the transaction has failed in the Sun Direct App
