Last 1 month i am not getting the signal and i complaint to the customer care Ref. No. 1-[protected] on 29th August 2016 and i complaint through this site also. and the service engineer came on 7th September 2016, he told the decoder is not working and he promised he will replace the same within 2days. after that still no one come from your side. i continously call your office Tel No. +[protected] & +[protected]no one picking the phone)
request you to please look in to this ad clear this ASAP and extent my validity also.

Dear team,

Iam abdul majid in Tamilnadu yesterday i recharge my sundirect card online but unable to view the channel some of the month iam not use my card yesterday i complain also but still channels are not working.My card Number [protected] (Cuddalore Dist. Nellikuppam)

Dth no[protected] many channels are coming with blurred
images. Kindly look in to the problemseveral days we have been complaining and no action is taken please set right the problem soon

not coming .Please kindly look in to this problem. This has

been the problem for a month or so. This is causing mental

tension to ladies an all.
