Sun Direct — sure direct hd channels and sd channels issue | |||||
Hello, Greetings! I am srinivas, resident of attapur, telangana, hyderabad. I took full hd subscription with sundirect and have also replaced my hd setup box with hvec box recently. I have shifted my house and even the sundirect connection but many of my hd channels are freezing and unable to see the hd channels properly. For shifting he charged 400 but didn't set the channels properly and i even called sundirect technical guy but there is no response. This is not the first time that we are facing the problem with sundirect since 3 years we are facing many problems with sundirect and paying much amount but there is no permanent resolution. Whether it can be resolved or i can go with consumer court, nearest police station and even post this in all social networks please advise. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I called many times regarding the channels which is not giving proper service though money paid for..Agents keeping on rolling on the situation with out giving proper info...Poor customer care service..
