Here is to inform that I have recharged my sun direct account bearing id [protected] on 1/01/2022 but still I dint get any service
Having said that I called the customer care and asked about the status but the customer care executive was very rude and hung up the call while I am talking
I was told that the problem will be resolved in 2 hours once and then 24 hours but it’s been 3 days and there is no proper response instead the executives (divya, nagarani) are very rude and this is not appreciable
I have been called recently and asked my id and before telling them the id they hung up again
Also I was informed that there will be no payment required by the customer care executive but the working technician did demanding some amount
Having said that the customer care, the executives as well as the services are very worst and I demand a refund as I don’t want to be a part of sun direct any more
