Sunflame Enterprises — Bad behavior and no service from the service center | |||||
I have a Sunflame oven which was gifted from Delhi. After a year and a half o[censored]sing it, it stopped heating. I've been complaining for more than a year and they ppl in chennai service center are so reluctant to take my complaint and they are talking bad and without reapect to their coworker while handing over the phone to the other person when I am still in the line. Satish from chennai service center talks without respect. I want some immediate action to be taken against that person and something to be done about my oven which is unusable for more than a year now. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have used many products from various brands. Haven't faced such an issue till now. They service people acted disrectful towards me which made me loose my temper after a year of repeated request to service my otg oven.
