I raised a complain almost a month ago and till DATE it's never been addressed or resolved.
I was given with service centre no who were never helpful and giving various excuses. Month ago I have shared the bill along with pics of the issue with Name By Kannan and Anand but we're not helpful.
Now, it's really frustration that your service after sales is really poor.
The burner issue seems like you're inviting an accident in my home the way its working..
Discussed with multiple people from the customer care/email etc BUT no help till date. Such a unprofessional company who don't care customers after sales..Will never purchase or recommend anybody Sunflame products..
The person from service center is of no help and saying it's payable and cannot be replaced then why Sunflame saying it's 5 year warranty for the burners. I am really very frustrated as the burners are under warranty...
Kindly respond to this with the resolution. Since it's under warranty I am not going to pay for burners other then service charge. All 3 burners are non functional properly and needs immediate replacement. Arrange the technician for immediate visit and replacement of the burners. Was this information helpful? |
