Respected sir I have purchased an emergency rechargeable lantern from m/s a. R. Electricals at bhagirath palace chandani chowk on 14/06/2017. But after recharging it at home for almost 24hours, it didnt work at all. On 8th july i visited the dealer to replace it but he denied to do so and asked to contact the company. So it is my humble request to replace the defected piece without repairing as i have paid for the new one not for the repaired one. Hoping for a favorable reply from an esteemed company. The sunflame ceiling fan purchased by me in the year 2015 requires repairs. The service of your rep is not upto the mark. He refused to repair the fan which is laying in his custody for the last 15 days. Since the summer season is in the full swing and scorching heat increased day by day. Requested to redress the complaint as early as possible.
