I bought electric water heater 25 liters model optima on 20.05.2015 in tamilnadu state, vellore district, csd canteen located in ambur and found 13 places of the inner tank bursted and not working for the last 6 months. Several times complaint had been made to chennai office through phone but so for no action taken, hence i need justice.
