I have bought rotimaker on 4th december 2017.
I have complaint so many times from past one month (exactly from 9th march 2018) regarding rotimaker heating panel issue via mail on mail id [protected]@sunflame.com. I have not get any call from sunflame regarding my issue.
Sunflame having worst customer service.
First of all rotimaker which i brought is faulty from day one.My first complain is about indicator issue, which is solved by your service person. After servicing new issue arises as rotis are not cook properly. Indicator get off fastly, so temperature is not maintain correctly and rotis were half cooked. Not even single roti get cooked properly.
It is company's fault that they are selling such faulty product and not replying to mail after certain limit.Last time I have send entire conversion with sunflame via mail, even that no one replied to my mail.
Last mail i had received from sunflame is as below,
Dear team,
Please attend this complaint & revert.
