Sunflame Enterprises — Worst technical service...technician are rude, impolite | |||
Hell Sir / Madam, I am using Sunflame gas at my home. I have raised complaint BL62 to check my gas stove as I felt gas is leak from stove button and stove creates some noise when vessel is kept on burner. Guy named Kailash came today to my home and did not listen our complaints and directly checked stove and said that there is no leakage where we can smell it and can heard some noise when vessel is kept on burner. He was rude and not ready to listen customer complaints. When I check with "Unique Traders" from whom I bought stove, they tried to save him and asked me to directly check with company. As a renowned company in this domain for so many years, I was very disappointed with these kind of service. Hope proper action should be taken and would like to listen from you.
