Sunflame — Glass cook top get broken after purchase of 5 days | |||
Dear sir, I am writing this email with highly distrust and disappointment that I have purchase a 4 burner CRYSTAL PLUS GLASS COOKTOP on 1st November 2015 from one of the authorised dealer i.e. Varun Variety home in Bhangel located in Noida. After getting proper installation on 3rd November at my premises I start using as a normal work to cook food. Suddenly on 7th November the glass top get broken during the cooking. I have reiase the complaint (22025) in the customer care with the help of Varun variety dealer Thanks god that my wife and 3 year daughter just came out from kitchen and the glass top broken in the kitchen. I gave thanks to all mighty that my family is safe. I raise a complaint to customer care and my authorize dealer but no one responded properly on this. Due to this big shock I am not in the position to use this Glass cooktop now. I would request you please replace this glass top with new stainless steel 4 burner cooktop. I was NOT willing to write this mail but my tolerance level is over after having the faulty product that get busted during the cooking time. Even after getting the service support after 15 days with doing hundreds of follow-up with customer care I am able to replace this glass cook top on 23rd November. I am writing mail with full of disenchantment and highly regret felling that I showed my full trust on one of the BEST and fully trusted company Sunflame to purchase this product but after purchasing this what I get is frustration, disappointed, distrust and many more pain. However I am planning to buy new kitchen appliances items for my new house in future but I am NOT willing to use any Sunflame product in future and also this incident always stop me to recommend anyone for Sunflame (most trusted kitchen appliance brand).
