I order a red mi2 grey mobile from amazon i received it on 17/08/*2015. it was working for 10 days after that on 28/08/2015 the phone is heating from the back camera side and it display also gone. i want a replacement for my mobile. order id[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Sunil from Ludhiana (Punjab) .My phone Samsung j7 prime screen is damaged which is insured by amtrust mobile solutions.phone is not working properly. I called to amtrust helpline no. I had rac ticket in b9 coach seat number 39, dated 2nd may 2018 from allahabad to mumbai...also I had 4reservation ticket in b2coach...when I asked for food in b2 coach of b9coach passenger ticket jitendra prasad (coach attended) denied to give service in b2coach and had vocabulary fight with me
not provide the new mobile to you then its a shame on for amazon.
