Sunil — Worst manager and the confusion for gold loan

I am giving feedback for ramasagara branch from Bangalore, one of the worst manager he don't know anything about the customer service he is very rude, and for uneducated people they are cheating. Most of the people are uneducated they are cheating in gold loans and also in insurance, we paid 8 months of insurance after that we informed to manager something happens we r not able to pay but he is escaping, please help on this
