[Resolved]  Sunrise Hyundai — Car repair

Hi,

I bought Hyundai Santro car in 2010.fw days back my car was not starting .i called hyundai emergency helpline .he came to my place and checked my car he told me only a fuel pump is damaged and my car was starting .but when he fitted fuel pump my car was not starting due to battery.i took my car to sunrise hyundai ip extension delhi.they dint check my car they said the total bill will be 24000 and in this battery, fuel pump and service will be done and he told me that service will be costing me 13000.and the next day he called me again and said alternator is also damaged now it will cost me 35000 to 37000.how can a alternator be damaged when my car was starting and the machanik from hyundai helpline told me only fuel pump is damaged.and i complaint to hyundai customer care no resolution from 5 days of complaints.and the services advisor is telling me there will be extra charges for parking.i was planing to buy a new hyundai car now i will never buy such a company car which has no customer satisfaction..my car no is DL7CL0378.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected], [protected].i am really dipressed by the behaviour of hyundai.now i had a discussion with sunrise hyundai manager mr tomar he told me the cost will be 28000 now they are telling me after doing everything everything in the car there is the same problem now they are telling me there is a problem in engine it can cost me 55000.what is this i am really upset with this kind of behaviour.
