we purchased a new grand i10 asta with keyless push button start technology in october...just after 2 months...we started having problems with our new car...every now n then...the car doesnt start...and more frustating is being keyless we are not able to open it also...we complained to our dealer ...and the car was taken to workshop and they bring it back to us with promises that it wont happen again...but the same thing happened 4 times again...we are fed up now...it being a brand new showroom car just 2 months old...the company is solely responsible for its faults...we have paid a whole lot hard earned money to the company...and we cant accept a faulty car in return...the car is again taken to the company workshop...and now after so many inconviniences we want them to take the matter seriously... either they pay back our money or provide us a new car in return with assured guarantee and no such software faults as they say every time...
