Sunshine Hr Global Services — Fraud Consultancy

Hi,

I applied for a position of Sr. Quality Analyst with Wipro through Sunshine HR on 4th of February, they charge me 13k and said this will be reimbursed to me with first 3month of my salary, and date given to for joining was within next 1week, they shared appointment letter with me on 7th that includes the salary amount and joining date of 9th of March.
I called them on 7th for confirmation and they told me the date is postponed to April, then it became May then June and now 21st of July is the date given to me.
They never called me, I have to chase them everytime, they promise call back but never really call, no promising reasoning given to me for delay in joining, they do not even respond to emails.
I am fed-up of their lies, suggest me how can I drag them to court and stop their fraud Consultancy services.
