Sunshine Hr Global Services — Violation of workers' act & Welfare of Workers Not Maintained

Sorry, Sunshine's HR Department is the only HR Department in a company in Malaysia that gives the worst service to their subordinates. There is no law that prevents employees from dealing with the HR Department if an employee has a problem at work (or is mistreated) but it is occurs only in Sunshine. Sorry, I'm not sure HR Department Sunshine according to which country's labor act but this is clearly not the labor act in Malaysia. Every company instruction to HR Department employees should issue a circular letter or memo to employees that each employee should read & sign as evidence. The same is true if changes or improvements to the Company's instructions are made. It should be that when there are problems that arise or are questioned related to the Staff, there should be real and written evidence instead of just giving an explanation orally or taking examples as has been confirmed by previous people without showing real evidence (Circular). Sorry, your company's HR department does not carry out its duties & responsibilities professionally & transparently. I have noticed for a long time that the HR Department punishes the Staff without any investigation beforehand. It is a big mistake for companies that hire foreign workers as General Workers and then give positions that should be filled by local workers. This is also a weakness of your HR Department & don't be surprised if your company is taken into action because of this. Sorry, there's too much to say here about the lameness & deed violations that have been going on at Sunshine but I think that's enough for now. Please think positively to progress further.
