I am a flat owner of flat no. A-101 at oxy homez society near koyal enclave, bhopura. I had rented out my flat to sh. P. Manoharan (Who is also a flat owner in the society) for doctor's service to the residents of the society.
Yesterday, builder have forcefully disconnected power supply of my flat, saying that commercial activities are not allowed in the society. However lots of commercial activities are being run in the society including by the builder himself.
I have requested him that services of doctors, ca and lawyers could not be considered as commercial activities as per hc and also as per circular issued by the builder on 13th april 2018, that "commercial activities like yoga, tution classes, doctor, lawyer & ca can be run in the society, but tiffin & restaurant services, photo studio, beauty parlours, boutiques, stationary, confectionery etc. Are not allowed as per government residential policy" (Copy of the circular issued by the builder is attached for your ready reference). But instead of restoring my electric supply, the builder started threatening me and not agree to restore electric supply of my flat.
In view of the above, it is my humble request that please look into the matter and instruct the builder to restore my electric supply immediately and stop torturing me. Contact details of the builder are as below:-
