Super Realtech — parking allotment

Parking allotment has not been done by the builder i.e. Super Realtech Pvt. Ltd. despite the registry already done and completion certificate issued by the competent authority. A block stilt area of our society is encroached by the builder and currently sales office is running in that area.

Builder has promised to provide 1 kVA power backup to all the flats of the society. However, at present only 2 DG units with capacity of 500 KVA is available in the society due to which power fluctuation has become the routine affair in the society.

Kindly look into this matter with utmost priority.
