Supercombos India — Samsung power bank | |||||
I have purchased an Samsung Power Bank for Rs 300/- of configuration 9000 Mah on 1st January, 2016 . The order ID for the product is [protected] . When i tracked the order it was no where available on the website http://www.supercombos.in/index.php?route=account/order/info&order_id=[protected] (screeshot attached) though i got the product delivered today 6th January, 2016 . When i opened the package it was not an Samsung Product instead it was as different company product with a print of Samsun (on the product) and not of Samsung either. This is a case of selling wrong and duplicate items. When I try to reach the Customer Care Executive the contact is switched off. Hence I had to make a complaint here.
