Supermarket Grocery Supplies Pvt Ltd — Not giving refund of my returned product

Dear sir,

I have placed few product from m/s supermarket grocery supplies pvt ltd vide order order no. Mamo[protected] on dated 13th may, 2016 and i have return few item because of bad quality and eligible for refund of rs. 309 which has been confirmed by the company by there mail dated 15th may, 2016.

I have asked to many time to there customer care executive to transfer the money to my payumoney wallet instead big basket wallet because i made payment through payumoney but they have deducted money from big basket wallet but didn't credit to my payumoney account.

After this i have made many call to your customer care executive and they have created ticket number 6987924 and 7098611 for refunding money. They promise to credit money in next 7 days but 2 months lapsed but company does not refund the money yet

I don't understand why they are not paying my money back. I request to you to register the complaint against the company and provide me refund with suitable compensation as punishment to the company.
