Supertech Upcountry — constant delay in possession: supertech upcountry

I had taken a 2 bhk flat in g 1 tower of supertech's upcountry project. I had purchased this flat in 2012 and have made 95% of the payments to them by 2015 as per every instalment required. Since then, there is no movement on the readiness of the flat and now they have postponed the possession to nov. 2019! They have taken my money and blocked it. Its a case of cheating.
