Hi,

I had booked 2 bhk flat in upcountry project in the year june 2011. Whenever i am calling customer care they are giving me a different timeline for the possession of the flat. Not sure where to report my complaint. If anyone has any idea, do let me know and i am ready to file legal complaint against the company as i have done lot of wait and way a head co-operation with company. Now i think, its time to take some action.br...

I booked a Unit in 2015 and still awaiting possession like others. There is no update from builder on G1 tower where I have booked the unit.

It seems that only option is to file case against Supertech and Investor Clinic.

Please let me know buyer group or association where I can be added. Is there any case filed against the builder for non delivery of flats in this project.

I had taken a 2 bhk flat in g 1 tower of supertech's upcountry project. I had purchased this flat in 2012 and have made 95% of the payments to them by 2015 as per every instalment required. Since then, there is no movement on the readiness of the flat and now they have postponed the possession to nov. 2019! They have taken my money and blocked it. Its a case of cheating. I want to join in if any case has been filed against them by any group...

The project was to be handed over in but supertech has not been able to handover the project. India bulls started charging me the interest on the loan amount applied since 8 months. I am quite agree with your opinion that the people from Investor clinic are cheater. In fact some of them are working as independent broker firm in sec-18 in some areas of Noida and following the same method which they learned from the Investor clinic. They are cheating the Hard earned money from the innocent investor. After cheating they even don't pick up the phone and also give the threat that better...

I am trying since last 2 hours to speak to after sales service executive to know about my payment plan but every time it is just ringing. On the contrary, the sales department easily is receiving the calls and then every time for after sales slice query they are disconnecting while transferring. I am fed up. Can someone from super tech fix this problem....

i have booked a 100sq yard plot in supertech upcountry in Jan 2011 at the time of allotment the price listed is 1857000 full and final but now possession letter has received but they demanded for extra charges for 250000 which are not disclosed during sale and allotment time there fore we really pleased that company should give possession by not taking these charges as this is cheating with customers.

I and my friends purchased 3 studio apartments, Our plan is Constructed Linked Plan ( CLP). we already paid 20% of the total amount.. and the third payment (10%) which is due in setember - 2012.. they are asked us to pay in April, but due to some family issues we were unable to pay the amount in april.. we asked them to give us time upto may end. and we are even ready to pay interest to that amount.. but still they are warning us that...
