Supertech Upcountry — interest payment - upcountry apartments unit no. c3/2006.

Hi!
This is to bring to your notice that under subvention scheme i had purchase unit no. C3/2006 at upcountry appartments. The project was to be handed over in but supertech has not been able to handover the project. India bulls started charging me the interest on the loan amount applied since 8 months. Inability to handover the unit, supertech paid me the cheques for the interest amount for six months. I had been following up with but there is no response from your representative. I had been paying the amount since last two months. I had personally been to the site and saw that there isn't much progress on the work front on the building where my unit is situated. I would like you to kindly intervene and see that i get advance cheques for the amount till i get the position.

I feel supertech has a tradition of delaying the projects. I am owner of a supertech unit lm 2014, in eco city, sector : 137 and that unit too was delayed, there also i was a loser.

I am astonished to receive delayed payment note for my upcountry unit fro about 35000/-. Delay is not from my side, it is from your side, so you are requested to give me the advance cheques without any further delay.
Incase of no response from you i will be forced to take legal support to sort out the delay from your side.
