My telephone No is[protected] and I have been provided with broad band service facility by BSNL. I have received service bill to my service Id[protected] for the month January 2015 To my surprise I was billed Rs.347 extra towards so called services provided by Hungama movie on demand, music on demand and games on demand for which I have not given my consent . On a certain day I have received a phone call with machine voice regarding the services . I simply attended the call for whcih the above amount of Rs.347 is unlawfully included in my bill.I strongly record my protest and I request the above extra amount to be withdrawn from the bill. I further inform that the above services if provided without my consent should be withdrawn and deactivate immediately. If my grievance is not properly attended I may be forced to take the matter to consumer forum for remedy.
