On 13th Jan, 2022, the technician (Vishwa) from Suraj Enterprise came my home in Whitefield and took back the Elica Chimney for cleaning with a expected delivery date of 15th Jan, 2022. Chimney was in good condition, it was taken for cleaning only and paid Rs.1000 advance for the full cleaning.
They did not come for 2 weeks and on 3rd week they had sent the Chimney via auto, I had paid Rs.475 to the auto.
Now it is almost a month now, and they are not responding to the call and when I checked the Chimney, it seems they have screwed up the wiring etc and the Chimney is not in working condition, nor did they turned up to fix the Chimney yet. My Chimney costs around Rs.9000 and it is not in usable condition now.
