I purchased one samsung 9000mah power bank from surplusbuzar.in on 7/11/2015, after receiving i found the product is not working at all. after that i several time complained them by mail to their site, tried to call them over phone on the number provided by them in their customer help portion, but not got any reply from them. order no - LKRYT65200 price - 399. please help,
