Dear sir, madam.
With humble prayer i inform you that i have ordered a jeans pant on 07/07/2016 amounting of rs 449/- and order no [protected]. But till now i have not received the product as the amount of rs 499 have been deducted from my bank account through my debit card.
Therefore i kindly request you to intimate the reason for non delivery of product even my deduction the amount of rs 499.
