Surpluss.In — Received faulty mobile

I have ordered mobile 14th aug and received on 19th Aug. I kept charging this mobile for 6 hrs, still the mobile not switching on, I was trying to reach them which the contact number available on the surpluss.in site, this number is not working and I was sent mails to them, din't get any response.

Return my product due to defect

I have purchased Oneplusone sandstone black(64GB), but it is not working properly, battery back is only 2 hours without using any app, also have hanging problem.
And also move option is not working.
