Hi there, This is hereby to bring to your notice that I ordered an'MI Note 4G' phone from via order number[protected]. But the phone they delivered to me was a defected (with bad display) one on 28.09.15. Immediately after receiving the defective phone, I dropped them a mail regarding an immediate replacement of the phone on 29.09.15. From that day I am sending them repeated mails as well as trying to reach them over phone, but they are showing immensely irresponsible behavior, nobody is even bothering my complaint. In fact, the concerned people are blaming me for the delay occurred. Its been more than ten days but still nothing can be done by .
