Its been more than 20days the package has arrived on friday, 26/6/2020 and the kyc documents updated for your air waybill no.[protected] wed, jul 1, 10:57 am, since then they say that they are working on the case and still there is no update from their side except for an email that says "i am working on this case for the subject shipment closely, i will get back to you with the most recent updates at the earliest. Your patience is highly appreciated" what exactly is happening at the back-end and what is the issue in getting the package released how long will this take? R u trying to delay this wantedly so that i will get to pay huge demurrage charges there is no latest update provided on the website as well i'm losing patience i won't ever again recommend fedex as a source for delivery anymore i would like to rate fedex on this dhl is far better in delivering the goods on time i get to call fedex each and every day beg you people about my package and they ask me to check the website for updates and the site shows goods are subject to regulatory review. I have opted for "fedex express" does express mean taking months of time for delivery instead if i would have chosen post nl i would have received my package by today. Fedex is taking like months together to get a single package delivered does this serve the customer purpose worse experience with fedex
