Subject: Bank statement showing false debit of Rs 6000/-

I have an account in Oriental Bank of Commerce A/C No.[protected]. I tried to withdraw 2000/- from the ATM of sector 28 Branch of HDFC Bank at about 7:15 PM on 4th April 2009. When the amount was not coming out, I tried time and again. No amount came out from the ATM. But my statement of oriental bank showed withdrawal of Rs 2000/- three times as mentioned below:

so far no action has been taken, I am in need of money what should I do????
