I have bought grocery worth Rs. 2300 (approx.) on 12.03.2022 from SUVIDHA, Ballupur, Dehradun Store, in the evening. Since, the amount of the bill was more than 1500 therefore I was eligible for the free delivery of same, so I requested the same to them to which they assured that it would be delivered to me by 13.03.2022 (Morning). But, in the morning when the same did not deliver to me I contacted the customer care and they assured for the delivery in an hour or two. But, till now, by 7 O' Clock in the evening I have not received any sort of confirmation from SUVIDHA. Its only I further contacted them, then only they gave me the same assuration that would be delivered as our delivery agent got free.
Kindly arrange the delivery agent for the same and atleast direct them for doing the delivery in a time bound manner, if they commit so, otherwise dont commit if they are incompetent and incapable one, as the grocery item is something which o[censored]tmost important in nature.

This sort o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is totally not expected from SUVIDHA. If they dont have the logistic then SUVIDHA should not assure its customer for free home delivery. Was this information helpful? |
