we are the retailer we transfer the money total Rs 6000/- NEFT mode Transaction Id[protected] dated 15/02/2017 Rs 5000/- & Rs 1000/- Transaction id :[protected] dated 15/02/2017 not credited customer account but showing status success. It's been more than 8 months and I have not received the refund .I want my refund as soon as possible.I have sent numerous mails to them even to their support team, but they always say that they are working on this and then there's no response from them
