Suzuki Access 125 — Regarding clutch service before one year .. not free

I purchased a Suzuki Access 125 last year in 2014. On 7th Feb I took it for 6th service and complain was that one noise coming from Access while moving forward-backward motion without start (during pulling as well as pushing). I said in dealer shop then the person said that you have to pay Rs 160 for clutch service and it is coming from clutch, it is paid one. I asked that still one year not completed and you are asking paid service of clutch? If service is free than why they asked for charge and if clutch service is paid then why it comes within a year only? In free service, clutch service should included if it is required?.
