Suzuki Access 125 — Worst service providing to customers

I purchased suzuki access 125 at Jayan suzuki showroom on 2022, I raised complaint back tire air leaking continuously but there is no puncture, after 3 services also they didn't sort it out one day I handover my vehicle at service center before that I checked there is no puncture then they called me evening there is a puncture that's why leakage happening later I got to know they created puncture how they do this to customer this is not at all fair still the issue is not resolved.
