Sir I have send the vehicle for service which is 2011 model with GOLD FINCH Motors, MTP Road, Coimbatore on[protected] and the dealer wanted three days time. i said ok and taken delivery on[protected]. My JOB CARD No: 3604 dt:[protected]. After taking delivery i come to know that no complaints was attended by the dealer except very easy things and money earning things like changing oil, water wash and battery charging. The 3 days they keep the vehicle idle and last hour hurry service for said things. what do you mean by servicing the vehicle. only water wash and changing oil?? That works we ourselves can do easily without your service. My Front fork was inclined one side which is not at all attended. Simply they say fork spring out of stock. Whether 3 days not sufficient to get one set of fork springs??? Then service dealer's efficiency is that extent only. The vehicle performance of suzuki is best among other scooters but the service quality is worst among other company service. better the SUZUKI company stop the sales in india bcoz not able to give proper service. without service dont cheat customers by selling the international brand scooters and spoil the name. why dont i make a complaint in consumer court against your careless in service???
