I have bought Suzuki access 125 from Maa Suzuki Koh ae Fiza Bhopal and after around 8 to 9 months of the service and the battery of the bike was creating problem and I went to the showroom and get it checked, they told me to replace the battery and took my battery and told me that come after 7 to 10 days and they will replace the battery and I have been calling them since then that there is no response from the showroom and the showroom manager is constantly telling me that they are going to replace the battery within two or three days. Its been 15 days since the person has been telling me that the battery will be exchange after two days when I call to the Suzuki complain department of the company they told me that they can’t do anything .They are just wasting my time.
