SVM Motors — Complaint Regarding New Bike Booking | |||
Hi, I am David from Ambattur. I booked the Honda Unicorn Bike on 29/07/14, at Kilpauk showroom and my Receipt number is 3058. At the time of booking, I was informed that the bike will be delivered with in a week and till date nothing has happened. My first point of contact was Mr. Srinivasan, then after a week Mr. Logi took hand over and then Mr. Dinesh. No one is clear cut information for bike delivery. This is ridiculous and irresponsible customer service. People in show room are not giving the correct information to the customers. Just because of wrong information and guidance I booked the vehicle. Now I am not interested to wait and get my bike. I paid Rs.1000 /- as advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
