[Resolved] SWIFT COURIER LIMITED — DD not yet received

DD got dispatched on 18th october, 2021 as per hdfc. Its been 11 days, i have yet not received the same. Even i am not able to track the my courier thru id given to me.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

They provided with just a tracking id and nothing else.
Tracking id is 134921238, which is still untraceable.
